Behavioral Health Consultants is a psychological consultation-liaison service in Austin, Texas. We are looking to hire 1-2 well trained, early career psychologists in the coming year. Since our inception in 1998, consulting in a single facility for one physician, we now have 7 full-time psychologists and last year saw over 3,000 patients in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and long-term care settings. We address a multitude of psychological issues presenting in the medical setting, including:
- Crisis intervention
- Suicide evaluation / risk assessment

Postdoctoral Fellowship
We offer a supervised postdoctoral training experience annually for an exceptional clinician who demonstrates a strong interest and aptitude for a career in clinical health psychology. Qualified applicants must be in good standing for completion of their predoctoral internship from an APA-accredited clinical program and all requirements for Texas Licensure by the end of the postdoctoral year.
